I hate to admit that my husband and I both completely blew off our 7th wedding anniversary last week because we've just been ridiculously busy with other things in life. I like the library idea. I take my kids there, but never thought to have a "library date" with my husband. These are the kinds of things I love to blog about--local places that are fun and cheap (or free!) After all it is the attitude you bring along that makes a successful outing, whether you are with a companion or even alone. Ok here's my idea: Grab your digital camera and go on a "camera shoot" date. Enjoy taking each other's picture wherever you are, whether it is in front of a veggie stand at market night or sitting at a park bench under a tree. Then go home and enjoy looking at your pictures together. Those are all awesome ideas. I like the library idea. I take my kids there, but never thought to have a “library date” with my husband.
