No, I wasn’t hit by a bus

I flatter myself in imagining you’re all wondering why there hasn’t been a post in nearly a week. :) My sincere apologies. Remember how a while back I said work was going to get crazy for a while? That was a month and a-half ago and it’s still just as busy: no lunches, late nights and depressingly little time with family.

I was quite looking forward to writing a post or two on Saturday, but as my wife and I went to get our taxes done my car wouldn’t start. Dead. Nada. So that day was shot fixing Petie (yes, my car’s name is Petie. And you have to say it with an Australian accent). Finally, I got everything in working order and much love to AutoZone for the free diagnosis.

*sigh*

Please stick with me. I’m still here and still dedicated to the site. While I hope to have a post up tomorrow, I may post less frequently for the next little bit until things calm down and I can make up some of the lost family time. That being said, the door is always open for anyone interested in guest-writing. Just send me an e-mail at LivSimpl at gmail.
